The rain also didn’t dampen the spirits of those who turned out for the downtown Steubenville Dean Martin Festival and the Steubenville Hometown Celebration. Officials say there was a decent turnout as the sky threatened rain all afternoon, and all of Saturday’s activities were great for the city to show off, whether it be the Greek Festival, Steubenville Hometown Celebration or the Dean Martin Festival.
