CHARGES FILED IN BELLAIRE HOMICIDE CASE

Five people on Thursday, were indicted in connection with a Bellaire homicide case. 34-year old Joshua Gorayeb was shot during a robbery on June 7th. 46 year old James McMasters is charged with robbery, aggravated burglary, murder and complicity. He is being held in the Belmont County Jail. 33-year-old Michael Posey also faces the same charges to McMasters.
52-year-old Lola Eden is charged with trafficking in drugs with a firearm specification, possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. Diane Kuri and Thomas Grubba remain incarcerated elsewhere, but prosecutors say they both will likely be transferred across state lines following extradition hearings.
